If you try to initiate a PayPal refund, and you are presented with the following error message:

There was a problem trying to issue the refund: The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation.
This error message is triggered when trying to refund an order made over 180 days ago. PayPal has a refund time limit in place that prevents refunds from being carried outside of this window.
