It's good to be informed. As your event sells tickets, the platform has tools to help easily track your sales. The dashboard for any event in the platform is a useful starting point to help you leverage this data to track attendance and sales.

Before accessing event-level reporting, you first need to create an event - click here to learn how to do so.

How to access event reports

To access event-level reports, please do the following:

1. In the left-hand menu, click "Events > View Events" and locate the event you would like to see data for

2. Once you've selected your event, in the top right-hand corner of the event dashboard, click "Reports". This will display three options:

View Orders - This will show a full list of customer orders for your event, which can then be viewed as a report

View Reservations - This will show a full list of reservations for the event, which can then be viewed as a report. Reservations are classed as orders where the customer has yet to pay but has their tickets in their basket

View Attendance - This will show a list of attendees for your event, which can then be viewed as a report

3. Once the preferred report type has been selected, this data can then be displayed in the platform's reporting interface by clicking "View as report" in the top right-hand corner:

4. From here, you can export, edit, and schedule your report to be sent to one or more email addresses.

To learn more about reporting in the platform, please read our reporting overview guide here.

You can also email all of your event attendees at the event level to inform them of additional event information - please click here to learn how to do this.
