Seating Plans
Seating plans depict the arrangement of seats within a venue, enabling customers to explore and choose tickets based on their desired area or specific seat. A venue can have multiple seating plans, accommodating different layouts for various events.
The Best Available Seats feature provides customers with the convenience of having their seat selection automatically determined for them. This selection is based on their preferred ticket price or preferred area within the venue.

Focal Point
To activate the 'Best Available Seats' option, you need to assign a focal point to your seating plan. This can be done for both new and existing seating plans by selecting the "Set best seats" option from the focal point menu.
The focal point is represented by a red target symbol. Once generated, it assigns a score ranging from 1 to 100 to each seat. A higher score indicates a better seat, and this is visualized through a heat map that transitions from green to amber to red.
To adjust the focal point, you can use the arrow keys or the mouse to relocate it, which recalculates the seat scores. Additionally, you have the ability to modify the proportion of seats with the highest score by adjusting the intensity slider.
If desired, individual seats can have their intensity scores adjusted independently. This can be done by using the slider or directly inputting a value that corresponds to the previously assigned best seat score.
Synchronization of the seating plan
During the synchronization of your seating plan, you will encounter the option to "Enable best available seats." Additionally, you have the choice to allow customers to personally select their seats, disregarding the best available scores.
It is worth noting that enabling the best available seats feature without allowing customer seat selection can be advantageous during high-demand ticket sales, as it expedites the purchasing process.
