How can I provide feedback on the platform?

If you have an idea for a feature in the platform or valuable insight for one of our upcoming features, our Product Portal is the best place to have your say.

Logging feedback


There are two ways in which feedback can be provided via the portal. The first way to click on an area of work, and assign it a value based on the feature's importance to you. These values are:


  • Not Important - While this may be helpful, it is not required to meet our needs
  • Nice-to-Have - This is a useful feature that we would make use of if we had it
  • Important - This is important to the operations of our business, but not a blocker
  • Critical - This has a financial impact to our business and we'd struggle to operate long-term without this



Upon selecting an option from the above list, a dialogue box will open for you to provide any further comments about your requirements for the area of the system, and an input for your email address:



Once you have added as much context as is necessary, hit the "Submit" button to send your insight over to the product team. After this, you'll receive a confirmation email. 


Note: You must click the link to confirm your email address, otherwise the insights will not be received by the team


The other way in which you can provide feedback, or share an idea with us is to click the "+ Submit Idea" button in the top-right-hand corner of the page. In this form, please share as much information about your idea as possible:




Once you have detailed your idea, enter your email address and click "Submit" to share this with our product team. You will receive a confirmation email when submitting your idea.
