Our latest improvements to help event entry
Ever felt the pressure of long queues? It's crucial for event staff to accurately verify attendees but inevitably impatience grows at entry points. In this release, we focused hard on improving the UI/UX of our app to help staff accurately verify attendees so they can get people through faster. We’ve added key visitor details up front in the standard interface so staff have everything they need in one place, and also amped up search so they can pull up any attendee in seconds. Additionally, we've levelled up the scanner experience with improvements resulting in zero lag time between scans, enabling staff to keep attendee processing moving. Finally, we've made attendee info persist on screen instead of vanishing after each scan. This keeps customer data conveniently in view, eliminating the need to rescan tickets or relocate attendees in the system. Our goal is for technology to fade into the background so that human connections can shine through. We remain committed to supporting event staff on the front lines of every event, ensuring they can deliver the best experience for attendees.
Maximising savings with multi-buy discounts
In the fast-paced world of event management, having a competitive edge is crucial. Offering enticing group discounts can be just the thing to grab attention and boost ticket sales. But managing variable pricing has traditionally been a chore. Today, we're announcing a new multi-buy discount feature. Event organisers can set up customised price breaks based on group size. Whether it’s a group booking, family or corporate groups, you can incentivize bigger bookings by reducing rates for larger parties.
Introducing hassle-free discount redemption
We know promos drive sales, and a discount code can be the thing to convert a browser to a buyer. That's why we built Automatic Coupons Our tech will automatically find out eligible codes and apply them to your customers cart, no clicking or hunting required. It's a win-win: customers save money, and event organisers see higher conversion rates. Our goal is simple: chip away at the friction and wasted effort in shopping until it's nothing but upside for all. The future of buying should be smooth and convenient. This feature get’s us one step closer.
Ticket Delivery on your terms with our Ticket Downloads API
Until now, our API integration forced a binary decision: either trust our technology completely for automated ticket delivery, or go fully manual by creating tickets independently. Automation promises speed and scale, yet lacks control. Customization brings that personal flair, but demands great effort. So with release 27, we’re bridging the gap by introducing the Ticket Downloads API. This update lets you leverage our innovative event media tools while maintaining full control over ticket delivery. You can now specify which event media to use for generating tickets, seamlessly blending creative flexibility with independent ticket distribution. The Ticket Downloads API eliminates the compromise between convenience and customization. Now you get a seamless integration that honours your creative vision while accommodating your distribution needs.
API upgrades to deliver higher availability
Our API is the foundation you build on to delight customers every day. We take that responsibility seriously.
In this release we’ve improved our robust API to ensure seamless integrations and uninterrupted service. So while you may not notice anything different on the surface, know that R27 is geared up to boost our API's performance, ensuring even higher availability and uptime.
It's more than just an upgrade—it's a testament to our unwavering commitment to maintaining a lifeline that powers so many of our partner websites.
The new API lays the groundwork for even more innovation down the road. And it demonstrates our commitment to being the most reliable platform in the industry.
