Auto generation of invoices for offline fee collection

Managing offline fee collection shouldn't be a tedious task.

In this release, we’ve streamlined this process by automatically generating invoices for offline fee collection.

No more manual paperwork or potential errors. With automatic generation of invoices, you can easily track and manage offline transactions, ensuring your financial records are precise.

With a clear record of every offline transaction right at your fingertips, you can focus on scaling your business instead of chasing payments.

And this is just the beginning. Stay tuned for even more automation and follow up features to make your life easier.

Enriched customer order confirmations

We’ve ensured that your customers receive enriched order confirmations that capture every piece of data collected during their transaction. It doesn’t benefit anyone to hoard data from orders, instead we can present the information in a way that provides value to your customers. Afterall, good communication builds trust and gets customers to come back. See it as an opportunity to reassure customers of a purchase well made. So, we’re keeping customers informed with detailed confirmations, giving them (and you) peace of mind that the data at the point of sale is readily availableto review and confirm.

Embedded seating plans

Previously, our integrators had to use an iframe modal window to redirect customers from their website to our separate ticketing platform to actually select and purchase seated tickets.

This meant that they lost control of the customer journey at the critical final booking step, which prevented them from providing a seamless, customised booking flow.

In release 29 we’ve launched our embedded seating plan tooling, removing the necessity of iframe modals and offloading customers to our ticketshop to complete their seated purchases.

In simple terms, this means customers can browse, select, and purchase seated tickets without ever leaving our partners' sites at all.

With embedded seating plans you can truly own the customer ticketing journey, providing a unique and tailored experience that aligns with your vision.

Discover the future of seated event ticketing today and unlock endless possibilities for your business.

Access to this feature is by request only at this stage. General availability is scheduled for later in 2024.

Tax breakdowns on orders via the API

Tax reporting shouldn't be a slog through spreadsheets and manual number-crunching. It should be effortless. With detailed tax breakdowns now accessible through the API, you can wave those tax headaches goodbye. The API delivers those breakdowns straight to your fingertips. Just a few clicks and you have everything you need for accurate tax reporting and compliance. Simplify your processes, understand your finances, make smarter decisions. Gain a deeper understanding of your financial data with this essential feature.

Split payments in box office

Payments should be as smooth as silk for customers. But imposing rigid payment methods only creates fiction and frustration.

So in Release 29, we're introducing split payments in our box office app. Now when your customers pay on the day, they can give part cash, part card, part whatever.

Without junky workarounds, event staff can effortlessly handle a mix of payment methods for the order.

This has been a highly requested feature and we're thrilled to deliver it to our partners. But we aren't stopping there.

We strongly believe the future of payments is flexibility. Guided by that vision, we will keep providing your customers with options, not obstacles.

Split Payments lays the foundation for a host of new functionality on our roadmap, including gift cards, account credits, instalment plans, and more.

This feature is in preview mode. Full rollout of this feature is scheduled for Release 30 (March 2024).

Default event currency via mobile box office

In this rapidly globalising world, events have become melting pots, bringing together people from all corners of the earth. As attendees flock from far and wide, they naturally bring with them diverse preferences and expectations. Currency is often the most difficult part of this equation. Today, we’ve introduced mobile box office currency switching. With just a few taps, attendees can now seamlessly purchase tickets in the currency most meaningful to them. When using the mobile box office app your staff will have the ability to switch currencies as necessary to complete your purchasing process. This addition adds to our core product value; to provide a global product that meets local needs. We’ll continue adding extensive customisation and localisation options, empowering partners to tailor the experience according to their brand, sector, and demographic requirements.
