Schedule and Company sales dashboard

Last release, we introduced the live sales dashboard — a way to see your event stats as they happen.

It was an immediate hit with our partners, especially those running huge on sales.

When one of our partners took on ticket sales for a world-famous artist at their national stadium, the dashboard proved its value. For managing sales at that scale, it's an indispensable tool.

So, we’ve expanded its scope. Beyond individual events, you can track performance across schedules and even at the company level.

Now, you have a 360 view of your sales across all events. That means you can ride the demand wave, tweak prices, or adjust availability before it’s too late.

Speak to your CSE if you think this level of visibility could be advantageous to you or your organisers.

Customised gift voucher media

We’ve had gift vouchers for a while, but we heard from our partners that they just weren’t customisable enough. So, we went back to the drawing board and made them better. Now, you can design your gift vouchers to look exactly how you want. Perfect for Christmas promos, experience-based packages, or simply beautiful, on-brand, bespoke gift vouchers. Customisation is part of our product DNA. So, when our partners give us feedback that goes against this we couldn't just sit on it. Instead, we listened, we learned, and we made things right. Get started with new look gift vouchers, available to everyone with event media enabled.

Control seat visibility on a per event basis

Running a venue means juggling all kinds of events—big concerts, small comedy shows, and everything in between. Your seating plan needs to keep up.

With our new feature, you control individual seat visibility. One map becomes infinitely reusable.

Expecting a smaller crowd? Hide seats. Bigger production? Adjust the layout.

And for those times demand blows up bigger than you expected, you can open up previously hidden sections with one click and continue to sell tickets.

This functionality is available to everyone with seating plans enabled as a feature. Speak to your CSE if you’d like to explore seating plans.

Stripe Terminal Improvements

Since its release, Stripe Terminal has been a huge hit with our partners.

However, overly restrictive network rules or complicated setups just to take in-person payments can ruin the experience.

Our latest release brings a complete overhaul to the Stripe Terminal integration, making it more reliable and flexible than ever.

Using the latest advancements in Stripe’s connectivity technology we’ve been able to eliminate those networking headaches.

Now, your box office computers and card terminals can operate seamlessly, even across different networks.

This means no more connectivity headaches, no more frustrating troubleshooting messages, and importantly: no more delays at checkouts.

This improvement in connectivity is available as standard to any partner utilising Stripe payments and Stripe Terminal within their ecosystem.

Customer Groups

For those of you who love to stay ahead of the curve, you might have caught wind of our upcoming customer groups feature.

We’re thrilled to announce that the first version is here, and we’re putting it through its paces in a closed beta environment.

Whilst we can’t reveal all the details just yet, let’s just say that customer groups will change the way you segment and engage with your audience.

Think targeted offers and products, early access, bespoke benefits, and a whole new level of personalisation.

Keep your eye on your inbox for January 2025’s official launch announcement of this functionality.

In the meantime a select few will be invited to participate in our exclusive early release program.

Could you be one of them? Contact your CSE to join the club.
