It’s a principle of ours that workarounds are not solutions.

So when we saw customers hacking their way around limitations by creating multiple general admission zones on seating plans, we knew it was time to make a change.

Based on your feedback, we’ve extended our hold functionality to support GA zones. Now, you can subdivide these areas into separate ticket allocations, each with its own inventory and user restrictions.

This means organisers can control which sections of a GA zone are available for sale from which promoters during an on-sale.
