Live sales dashboard

When a large sale starts, every second counts. The problem is, without seeing what’s going on right away, you’re flying blind. With our new live sales dashboard, all that uncertainty disappears. You get real-time metrics like sales throughput per minute, gross revenue figures, or sales counts, right when you need them. It means you can ride the demand wave, tweak prices, or adjust availability before it’s too late. The live sales dashboard puts you in the driver’s seat during sales, letting you operate on data instead of luck.

Tap-to-pay on Android

Taking payments in person is typically a hardware heavy experience.

At the very least, you need a device to order and a separate payment terminal. A two-step process just to make a sale.

But now, that's changed.

Starting today, you can accept card payments directly on your Android device.

Customers simply tap their card on the device that’s already running your ePOS or Box Office app. No extra hardware.

To get started, you’ll just need to connect your Stripe account and enable tap-to-pay in the app.

Whether you're at a busy festival or managing a long box office line, the last thing you need is extra gear slowing you down.

This seamless integration eliminates the need for unnecessary hardware, freeing up your staff and streamlining the in-person checkout experience.

Tap-to-pay has a minimum Android version of 11.0 and the device must be Google Mobile Services certified with Google Play installed. Details can be found in our knowledgebase, or speak to your hardware supplier.

Sub-schedule grouping of events

Event scheduling can be an administrative nightmare at the best of times. You’ve got dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of events to manage. Throw in a celebrity guests appearance, or a set of audio described performances and things can get messy fast. These sub-schedules all have their own unique needs, whilst still remaining part of the overall collection of events. Today, we're rolling out sub-schedule groups to tackle this. This feature lets you break down your events into further logical clusters. So when the time comes to update these special events, you can do it in bulk without impacting the rest of your schedule.

Donations and roundups in checkout

We've had donations for a while, but somewhere along the way, they lost their visibility and impact. So, in this release, we took a fresh look. First up, we've moved charity donations to a prominent spot in the checkout flow, encouraging greater participation and increasing donation amounts. On top of that, customers can now choose to bump up their order total by a set percentage when they buy tickets, to go towards your charitable cause. We also saw that some of you were setting up placeholder events just to collect donations. As we always say, workarounds are not solutions. So finally, we've added a dedicated donation page in your ticketshop. Now you have a single place to send people, using QR codes or marketing materials, to collect donations.

New customer discounts

You know too well those potential customers —who have been eyeing your events, filling their carts, but haven’t quite made the leap. That’s where our new customer discounts come into play. A well-timed discount could be the nudge they need to take the plunge. Our system ensures that these exclusive discounts are only available to those making their first purchase. This means you can confidently roll out irresistible offers knowing they’re going straight to the fresh faces you’re looking to bring on board. Go ahead and convert those on-the-fence shoppers into loyal, repeat customers with new customer discounts.

Outbound email logs

You now have complete visibility into your customer communications with our outbound email log viewer. Every email sent from our platform is now tracked against the customer and order, giving you a clear record of every interaction. You can access these logs right from the admin panel to see exactly what was sent and to whom. We’ll even provide you with details of the language used to generate the content, as well as a full copy of the email body itself. This level of transparency gives you the confidence and information needed to support your customers effectively, every time.

N-usage discounts

In this release, we’ve added a range of new restrictions and usage controls to discount codes. Now you can limit how many times a discount can be used per event or schedule, ensuring they work exactly as intended. And the cherry on top is that access codes benefit from a number of these upgrades. Using the same functionality, you can now restrict inventory items or entire events. This new feature opens up new possibilities for targeted promotions and membership benefits, giving you the control you need to maximise the interest and yield on your event sales.
