Deposit Payments

Our latest feature is deposit payments.

Now, your customers can lock in their spot with just a small upfront deposit, removing the sting from high ticket prices.

This is all about turning those must-go events into no-brainers for everyone.

With deposit payments, you can turn those “maybe next time” thinkers into “can’t wait” ticket holders.

Whether it’s a multi-day festival, a one-night show, deposit payments make sure that the only thing your customers are worrying about is what to wear, not how to pay.

This feature is in closed testing and will reach general availability in release 32. Please speak with your CSE if you have an immediate use case for this feature.

Allow items to be cancelled

Event attendance tracking and reporting is about to get a whole lot easier.

We understand the challenges that arise when tickets are cancelled without refunds. They leave event organisers grappling with ambiguity in event summary reports.

Often, these cancellations are reconciled as refunds with cancellation fees or, even worse, as refunds without any physical refund occurring.

We’re simplifying this for organisers by offering the ability to explicitly cancel tickets on an order. It's as simple as a single refund, providing you with crystal-clear insights into your ticketing reports.

With explicit ticket cancellation, you'll now see a clear, unmistakable 'cancelled' label on the affected tickets, leaving no room for misinterpretation.

Report scheduling improvements

Event capacities overview

Now, on the event index page, you’ll not only see your lineup but also grasp the overview of each event with live capacity and comparative sales statistics.

It’s akin to having a bird’s-eye view of your events, enabling you to monitor the sales across multiple events simultaneously.

Reseller self-service

Big news for our resellers: Independence Day has come early this year.

We're thrilled to unveil 'Reseller Self Serve.'

With this new UI, you can configure your defaults, adjust fees, tailor plans and packages (when they arrive), and set default roles, all on your terms, directly through admin.
