Stadium display of live seat sales

If you’re running a stadium and want to see ticket sales in real-time, things just got a whole lot simpler. Now you can watch seat sales unfold in real-time across your entire stadium, right from the admin dashboard. No longer is it a requirement to access one area at a time. Instead see which areas are hot and which need a little extra attention without losing visibility over what’s happening across the entire venue. With the enhanced capabilities built to support this display of data, loading and exporting times are lightyears faster than before. We’re talking a full export in seconds, for even the largest stadiums in the world. With real-time insights, improved load speeds, and a panoramic view of your stadium sales, you can take control and make every seat count.

Reseller plans and packages

Imagine a world where managing companies, features, and fees en-mass isn’t a headache but a breeze. That’s exactly what our new customizable reseller plans and packages offer. As a reseller, you now have the power to create your own plans. You can mix and match features, set fees, and build templates that cater to different types of companies, sectors, and tiers with ease. To top it off, we’ve included more bulk management tools, so you can adjust everything in one go as new features drop, making scaling your business smoother than ever. And we’re just getting started. Up next, we’re adding self-service signup flows and a seamless integration with our invoicing tool, making billing across your plans even more autonomous.

Google Analytics 4 - ecommerce events

Our ticket shop now fully supports all GA4 ecommerce events. That means you can track your customer’s every move — from browsing to completing checkouts or abandoning their baskets. Building on the successes of our Universal Analytics data layer, marketing teams can continue to track every step of the customer journey in their first click to their final checkout. With this integration you can peek under the hood and see what’s driving your customers, making it easy to understand who’s doing what in your ticket shop. Gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, identify areas for improvement and even retarget those who abandon their baskets. With comprehensive tracking of all default GA4 ecommerce events, you’ll have the data to optimize your ticket pricing, sharpen your marketing strategies, and drive sales like never before.

Named tickets without transfer

For some events, adding the attendee's name to the ticket is a security necessity. For others, it's a way to add a personal touch. Whatever the reason, named tickets are an integral part of the experience. While we’ve always allowed ticket ownership transfers, this hasn’t always suited events that simply require names on tickets. With this latest release, your box office team or even your customers can easily add names to tickets. Perfect for those events where personal identification is key or where the ticket itself is a keepsake. So, embrace simplicity, and make event check-ins smoother than ever.

Named box office reservations

We all love the ease of self-service ticketing, but we cannot forget those who prefer calling in for that personal touch, chatting with a human, and booking tickets over the phone. The tricky part? Keeping track of those phone reservations, especially when third parties are involved. Today, we’ve made a small tweak to make this process easier. Now, you can name each reservation on pending onsite payments individually—without requiring an email. This makes life a whole lot simpler, eliminating headaches tracking down reservations or figuring out orders from third parties that only give you the customer’s name.
